I am very excited and honored to be starting my 10th year in the library at Live Oak Elementary.  I am very lucky to be able to work with this great team of GoldenEagles.

I grew up in the Bay Area and have lived in San Ramon for the last 26 years.  After graduating from UCSB, my husband and I were happy to come home to Northern California.  My 21 year old twins went through the San Ramon Valley Unified School District from kindergarten through high school graduation.  They are both now currently in college.

When I’m not at school I enjoying reading, hiking and traveling.

Resident Substitute Teacher - Kathy Weber

I am very excited to become the Golden Eagles new resident substitute. I come to Live Oak with a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management and a Master’s Degree in Teaching.  I currently hold a valid California Multiple Subject Teaching Credential and have been a fulltime classroom teacher for the past 9 years.  This past year I was also the school Technology Coordinator and taught classes to Transitional Kindergarten through 8th grade.

As a resident of the community and a parent whose children are graduates of the San Ramon Valley Unified School District, I am aware of the District’s excellence and commitment to preparing all students to be responsible, ethical, and productive citizens in our ever changing world.  I feel privileged to be part of that commitment right here at Live Oak Elementary School.
